True to its name, this coreopsis rivals compass plant in height! Unlike other coreopsis, this species blooms in the fall. Host plant for several moths. Spreads quickly, so make sure it has room to grow. Deer and rabbits may nibble on tender spring growth, but don't usually do lasting damage.
